Description:
Effective meetings are the foundation of successful collaboration, enabling teams and groups to align goals, share progress, and drive results. However, many professionals lack formal training in the art of meeting facilitation. This session will focus on the major components of running an effective meeting, identifying and appropriately responding to different group dynamics, while also helping participants learn the art of meeting facilitation. This training is best suited for beginner prevention professionals.
