The key is to identify the needs the funder is prioritizing and demonstrate how meeting that need will make a positive impact on those you serve. This session will provide intermediate prevention professionals with a clear and concise methodology to make hard decisions easier and better decision making in your grant endeavors will save you invaluable time and resources.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe why every organization should avoid mission creep.
- Illustrate how you assess and build an organization’s grant readiness.
- Explain steps in deciding whether or not to apply for a grant opportunity.
