Description: The public has a lot of say about your prevention organization's fate. If you are not known or seen as impactful, donors will not give, and your nonprofit organization will fail to reach its goals. Implementing effective public relations strategies within your prevention organization can help you define your organization, reach a larger audience, and increase donor and volunteer activity. These same strategies will help you communicate your achievements, raise awareness, and give you an effective strategy for responding when the press gets it wrong.
