Event Summary
The Prevention Supervision Collaborative is a virtual group that will help to improve your supervision skills, build new skills, and create a stronger network of prevention professionals. This group will meet on the first Friday of every month (Feb 2026- June 2026) from 9am-10:30am, each week being a different topic. We will spend 1.5 hours together, leaving the last 30 minutes to focus on group discussion. With that being said, each session will provide 1 hour of CEUs.

Description:
This session is designed for prevention supervisors seeking to enhance their ability to build and sustain effective partnerships across sectors. Participants will explore key concepts of collaboration and collective impact, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and cross-sector collaboration. Through guided discussion supervisors will learn strategies for identifying and engaging external partners, fostering mutual trust and accountability, and aligning shared goals and resources to maximize community impact. By the end of the session, participants will leave with actionable tools to strengthen relationships and lead collaborative prevention initiatives that drive meaningful, measurable outcomes.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify key principles of collaboration and collective impact and explain how they apply to prevention work across sectors.
- Demonstrate strategies for engaging stakeholders and developing sustainable partnerships that support shared prevention goals.
