The Prevention Supervision Collaborative is a virtual group that will help to improve your prevention supervision skills, build new skills, and create a stronger network of prevention professionals. This group will meet on the first Friday of every month  from 9am-10:30am, each week being a different topic. We will spend 1.5 hours together, leaving the last 30 minutes to focus on group discussion. With that being said, 1 hour of CEUs will be offered in PS1: Personnel Supervision & Program Management as well as PS2: Administration & Consultation. 

In order to attend: 

  • You must have your OCPS, OCPC, or CHES
  • You must be currently providing prevention supervision, or plan to within the next 6 months

Even the strongest prevention teams experience conflict—but supervisors play a key role in turning challenges into opportunities for growth. In this interactive one-hour training, prevention supervisors will learn how to identify the root causes of supervisor–supervisee conflict, strengthen their communication skills, and apply practical conflict management frameworks. Walk away with tools you can use right away to build healthier relationships, increase trust, and create a stronger foundation for effective prevention work.
