Writing Goals, Objectives, & Outcomes that Clearly Demonstrate a Funder’s Return on Investment! (Afternoon Course)
Event Summary
Description: The goals and objectives section of your grant proposal can make or break your request for funding. This section of your proposal describes what your organization hopes to accomplish with your project and spells out the specific results or outcomes you plan to achieve. Ultimately, it also defines the funder’s Return on Investment – or ROI – that will enhance the competitiveness of your proposal and increase your likelihood of winning an award! This session will help you understand the terminology for goals, objectives, and outcomes, and the differences between the three measures. As a bonus, it will also provide you with a foundation to better evaluate your prevention programming.
