Change is inevitable, but how we adapt to it can either propel us forward or leave us behind. "When I Move, You Move, Just Like That" is designed to help participants unlock their creative potential and drive innovation during times of transition. Drawing inspiration from the dynamic and fluid nature of change, this workshop will use collaborative exercises, real-world case studies, and personal reflection to equip participants with the tools and mindset they need to not only keep pace with from asset based approaches. Innovation during change requires synchronization, collaboration and a strategic willingness to step outside the comfort zone. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to turn uncertainty into opportunity, leveraging the power of creativity and collaboration to navigate in communities.

• Explore the critical importance of innovation in adapting to and thriving during periods of change.
• Identify how innovation focuses on a growth mindset, and collaborative processes, and perspectives.
• Encourage participants to embrace uncertainty and complexity with confidence and creativity.
• Learn how to pivot when necessary and adjust strategies in real-time while maintaining focus on long-term missions and goals.
• Practice collaborative problem-solving techniques to innovate in teams and across departments/ programs
