Coaching & Mentoring: Maximize High Potential Performers! (Morning Course)
Event Summary
Description: Today’s prevention organizations are under immense pressure to operate with reduced cost and increased efficiency. They must do more with less, and often have limited resources at their disposal. As a result, they deal with several unique challenges that for-profit businesses simply do not have to face. Effective coaches and mentors help employees identify their goals and priorities and develop achievable strategies by sharing their valuable insight, subject matter expertise, and professional experience.
