Description:
Whether you are new to grant writing or have been writing grant proposals for many years, you have definitely heard about the importance of program evaluations. An effective evaluation plan is an integral part of any grant proposal as it ultimately tells the funder that you have a robust strategy for determining the effectiveness of your services. In this session, you will learn about the different types of evaluation processes and how they work together to create a comprehensive quality assurance system. You will also walk through an 8-step process for designing a comprehensive evaluation plan by which to measure the success of your services. Funders require this in their grant proposals, so come learn how to write them in a way that will increase your likelihood of getting an award!
